5. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after:

  • Advance payment as agreed

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Custom Branding & Artwork

  • Customers must ensure artwork/logos provided are accurate and authorized

  • La Unique Gifts is not responsible for trademark or copyright issues

  • Once artwork is approved, no changes will be entertained

  • Minor colour or alignment variations may occur due to printing processes

7. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment may be required for all bulk and customised orders

  • Payment modes include bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods

  • Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation

8. Delivery & Timelines

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on order size and customisation

  • Delays due to logistics, natural events, or third-party issues are beyond our control

  • La Unique Gifts is not liable for delays caused by courier or transport partners

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Since products are customised and made-to-order, returns and refunds are not accepted

  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
